Volkswagen to be Featured as Spotlight Car at 2009 PVGP
June 28, 2009 - Volkswagen owners have been some of our most loyal, and fun groups to attend the Grand Prix, the Three Rivers VW Club has been a longtime car club partner." According to Bob Speer, PVGP Car Show Chairman, "Years ago the Grand Prix featured a Spotlight Car during the Schenley Park International Car Show. New and vintage models were featured in a car show. We decided to revive the concept this year and the VW was the first organization we contacted. They have been the anchor of our German Hill car show since the begining. We are pleased to help honor the marque."
The third fairway of the Bob O'Conner Golf Course at Schenley Park will be the new location for Volkswagen display in 2009.
