Our annual automotive celebration launching PVGP Race Week is truly moving to the front of our schedule. For the first time our Black Tie & Tailpipes Party will be on a weeknight - Friday , July 16 to be exact! We are returning to the Pittsburgh Golf Club in Schenley Park - site of our 2004 formal event. The club overlooks the 18th hole of the Bob O'Conner Golf Course at Schenley Park.
We are continuing with the cocktail party theme that was so well received last year. Instead of a sit-down dinner, it will be a cocktail party with fabulous hors d'oeurves and international themed food stations. Musical entertainment will be provided by JB and the Band.
The event will still have a special car show in the front lot and on the 18th fairway of the Schenley Park Golf Course. The committee is hard at work selecting rare and unique gift packages for the live and silent auctions.
Please welcome Maggie Schmotzer - our new Black Tie & Tailpipes chairperson for 2010. She and her committee have some exciting plans in store. If you are interested in joining the committee or contributing an auction item please email Maggie.
